my go to place to wash my truck , prices seem reasonable across the board , had a problem there one time and owner dealt with me personally and addressed my concerns, really appreciate a place that values their customers ?

I've brought my car a full sized sedan here 3 times and have been increasingly disappointed each time. I kept thinking it was due to the amount of bird strikes etc but the automatic machines are not working properly. I've used both stalls but this wash was the worst one: the roller for the windshield and back window barely touch the top half of my windshield and trunk is still dirty, the main reason I brought it in. My bumpers are never cleaned with dirt and debris shuffled around. Today was when I realized the machine needs servicing bc the dryers did not turn on post wash so I had a dirty car before the wash now I have a slightly dirty car with water marks. I bought the second highest wash at $13 each time but this is my last time coming here.

Thank you to the gentlemen who gifted me with the free microfiber towel to detail my car!!! I walked up to the kiosk and there were two gentlemen loading up the area with the detailing supply’s I asked and said do you by chance have a microfiber he said I sure do I said how much? He replied with well if you go on google and do a review it’s yours ? I couldn’t stop smiling he truly made my day thank you for the nice gift!! It’s the small things that matter just go to show u there are good people out there still!!! Thank u so much u really made my day!!!

I had an issue with one of the self-serve car washes and they called me back immediately. They were very nice and professional and gave me a code to go through the car wash so my car can get cleaned I highly recommend going to this place.

Got the Captain's wash and was pleased with how my car turned out. It doesn't get stuff like bugs from the bumper but otherwise it's great

I tried this place since I was passing by. I will not use it again. It was more than twice the price of a similar car wash on route 9 and I get better results at the route 9 car wash. The equipment did not work as well and the timer seem to run very fast without sufficient warning to add more time

I have a black car 2017. I thought that my car couldn’t be as clean as it used to be until I used Captains Car Wash in Little Egg Harbor. Now I know how good my old car can look. Lol.
