Steve that works there was amazing with my sister and I. He was very on point with helping us and was quick to give my sister a tissue when she was crying over something else. He was very respectful and b4 we asked for something was on top of it. Again steve was awesome.

Its closed. To get to a BOA ATM I now must drive 12 miles. To go into a BOA bank the drive will take me to LBI. Unacceptable. Changing banks after 30 plus years.

Branch closed since start of pandemic and has not reopened. This bank has stood on this corner with one name or another for many decades. Now the ATM is out of money. Another slap in the face for the residents of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Next closest branch...you guess it Manahawkin!

I wish I could give this bank zero stars. NO DRIVE UP ATM AND ONLY ONE!!! This makes things very difficult for the elderly Who have to park and take along walk to the inside of the bank as well as causing friction in the parking lot when people park illegally to get closer to the entrance. Every other bank in this area HAS AT LEAST ONE drive up atm some even 2!!!! Not to mention there is only ONE ATM IN THE ENTIRE BANK!

I wish I could give this facility no stars. The had 4 people working today that I could see, and only one person working the desk and drive thru at the same time. What was the point for everyone being there if they're just going to chit chat. I waited in line for 30 minutes behind 4 gentleman. ALL of them got taken care of, and as soon as she got to me, she stopped and went to the window. Finally after another 10 minutes, the woman came back to "help" me... which wasn't the case. She was very rude, and short with me. She rushed me out , like I was holding up the line, when I just patiently waited for 30 minutes. As well, possibly have her eyes checked out, they were non stop rolling. Excuse me.
