The number given is a 1-800 number. This is NOT the number for this office. You will talk to a robot for 30 minutes until it's tired of listening to you and then MAYBE you will be connected with a human. THEN that human will give you the ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER to this office. This is beyond unprofessional of USPS and I can't legally use the words I should be using to describe how disgraceful this process was to talk to a human about a missing package that was extremely time sensitive. Stop hiding your customer care workers from us and let them do their jobs.

This is the best post office I ever done any business with over 10 yrs and there the same great people that works there 5stars just on service , if you go there they will act like your family so it's great for me

Went into the post office and encountered "Chris" who's customer service skills are near zero. Told my package (4lbs) had "fragile" labels on them from the USPS and using them would cost me an extra $11.75 so I should take the package home and redo it. I told him I needed it shipped, I'll pay the extra. He rings it up and says "now it's an extra $50". When I moved to Linwood, the first package we tried to ship he tried overcharging my wife, but since she ships 50+ packages a month, she knew he was either misinformed, trying to take extra money, and/or just giving people a hard time. I heard from a neighbor "Chris" is rude to everyone, so today on my first visit, this was proven true. This guy should not be customer facing, keep him in the back.... While he argued with me closing time hit and he kicked out the lady behind me with no service, even though she was there waiting for 2 min. Just a rude and miserable USPS employee.

Just got a Halloween sticker book returned for additional postage needed. I took the time to go to this post office. Now I cannot get it there on time. Will not go back. Used to spend over $1500/year there on stamps for our company. Will go elsewhere. Perhaps they'll close. Hope so.

I didn't know there was parking behind the building so on street parking was rough..my 1st time shipping a small box. Guy was very nice n helpfull..definitely will go back....

I'm a local business owner and they refuse to take all my packages. I've been told to go elsewhere. I go to somerspoint they're way nicer, and they take all my packages. Ridiculous I can't even take my packages to my city city post office . Very disappointed!
