My visit went extremely well. I was taken on time and met with a very nice employee who inputted all of my data. The woman who drew my blood did a great job and she smiled when I told her so. Overall I couldn’t be happier. I was in and out in 10 minutes and it would have been shorter if my doctors info didn’t have to be inputted in the computer system.

Took me on time , but rude service overall, I asked questions about the tests they collecting today and I was told I have an attitude. I walked out and I won’t be back.

My daughter had a very pleasant 1st time experience at this location. The lady was very nice, friendly, efficient & professional. No complaints whatsoever. She had a very bad experience though the previous day (9/22/23) at the Galloway location near Stockton University where the lady was very rude, unprofessional & incompetent. Night & day experience.

I had a 1030 appointment and I was called in by 1035. There was a waiting room filled of people. My lady Christina(said she was a floater) was awesome. She was a sweetheart. Spoke to me the whole time as she was taking my blood. I’m what they call a hard stick and went to 2 other quest locations and they couldn’t stick me. But Christina took her time lol poor lady was sweating because she was trying so hard to not make me feel uncomfortable but to get the job done. Stuck me 2 times and she got what she needed. She is a great hire and that woman deserves an acknowledgment by upper management or corporation. The best. Thank you again Christina

I scheduled an appointment(online) with Quest Diagnostics - to get some labs/tests performed - for my PCP doctor appointment, the following day. The appt. was scheduled for noon, on 4/24. I showed up at 11:55am, signed in at the kiosk & saw NO ONE in the entire site. Clients, personnel, NO ONE. I sat. I waited. Are they at lunch? No sign? I checked the door(hours) no specific lunch/break times. Only, that they are open until 3pm. I wait Til 12:06pm. I video the entire place. Not a soul! I rapped on the door (firmly) I am a 6' 220lb man. NO REPLY. NO ANSWER. I stepped outside, to ask a UPS driver, whom was making deliveries, if he knew the situation with this Quest site. He said, he didn't quite know. Maybe lunch? I said, no sign? No acknowledgement? I could go on. This is a Global, corporation. This is 2023. I don't think I need to remind everyone of the safety threats/risks. And how much are they paying these employees? I don't remember ever being late for work... when I made $6:hr. TERRIBLE I have the videos too.

The worst service, they said they close at 3pm , I got there at 2:55pmAnd she denied service, arguing with me why I’m there 5 minutes before closing.

I brought my two children here for bloodwork and both phlebotomists were amazing. They were so good with my kids and we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Identifying a problem is only half the solution. I prefer Dr. Gut and other docs of his ilk old school who see the whole ordeal to the end. Not tell you what's wrong then leave you to fight with the Ins. Co.
