“We had a unique situation when we took our daughter’s car to Marmora Auto. She had been in an accident with extensive damage (no one was hurt). A week or so after the repairs were completed, she had an issue when driving to the shore. She went home on a Sunday in our car and I called Marmora Auto to see if they could fit me in on Monday because we had to be back home on Tuesday. Lou was very accommodating and gave me an appointment. His team completed the diagnosis and Lou called with the result. The repair would have been quite expensive and I wanted to check with the mechanic who fixed the car from the accident to see what we should do. Turned out the failed part had been replaced as part of the accident repairs. Lou then spoke with our mechanic at home, they discussed the issue and our mechanic was able to order the part. Lou’s team made an adjustment so we could drive home, 90 miles. And we were able to have the car fixed at home under warranty. We are so thankful to Lou and his team for giving us an honest estimate and especially for working with our mechanic at home to get to an acceptable solution for all of us. Also, the property is well maintained and well organized.”
“Very rarely these days do you find a mechanic that is trustworthy, or doesn’t speak down to you like you’re a moron, or quote outrageous repair prices followed up with his pressure sales tactics. Riverside Auto is exactly what you hope for when searching for auto repairs but rarely ever find, at least in my personal experience. I stumbled upon Riverside auto by happenstance, and I feel extremely lucky. Moving forward Riverside Auto Repair in Egg Harbor Township will be the only place I call now and will recommend anyone I speak to. “My car had got coupe spots with paint peeling off and I stopped at this location on Friday to get appointment for the estimate which was Tuesday of next week. Matt provided detailed estimate which was fair and also promised that the work will take one week which was faster than all other places were offering. I had got appointment to drop the car off one week later and work was done exactly on time. The car looks PERFECT and Caliber gave lifetime warranty for as long as I have this car. Efficient and reliable place, I definitely recommend it.

He got me in quickly, ran diagnostics (14 codes popped up all relating to exhaust) and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. “From start to finish, Walkers was the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. I was recommended by a friend who said he wouldn't go anywhere else, and I quickly understood why.
Jay was so kind when scheduling and went over initial pricing. From the beginning they set clear expectations for the customer. Next, I worked with Joe who was a really great communicator. He thoroughly explained the process and mirrored Jay's clear expectations about the pricing of services and the time frame it would take to complete the work. They under promised and over delivered by having my car done the same day.
The gentleman who checked me out, went over my bill in detail with me. Seriously? Over and beyond! I can't name another auto body shop who's ever taken the time to do this. He broke down the cost of parts and labor and reviewed each line of the bill. Very transparent & trustworthy.
The service was exceptional. They are so honest and fair. This past week the Cherry Hill dealership told me I needed front and rear brake pads. Walker's explained I only needed rear because I still have plenty of padding in the front. This saved me $1200 from the dealership's proposed work.
I spent years driving to Cherry Hill to have my cars worked on at the dealership. Now that I know about Walker's, I won't take my car anywhere else either.”
“Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”
