Saturday night, you spend all day out, you get home, you are tired, you think about getting some DoorDash food. You order 4 items, but you receive 3.
Call DoorDash and they tell you to call Wawa so they can deliver the missing item. Call Wawa and their only solution is “come pick it up”, after you paid for a delivery.
Awesome service, very helpful.

door dashed and wawa missed some items, i called and the best they can do is have me go pick it up to fix THEIR mistake, defeats the purpose of paying to have food delivered.

Tariana helped me so very much n she was helping the workers n the customers. I think this is fantastic n needs to happen in more franchises like Wawa. I hope Wawa sees her talent w the public n makes all their locations open up to people like this gracious young lady did to me. God bless u Tariana, you made my day!!!

The service here is horrible. Managers argue with customers on the regular. They even went as far to ban me & a few other customers all at different times.

The young man named Eddie on December 23rd 2023 that pumped my gas was very professional and nice. He introduced himself by name and was very polite. Great job Eddie! Keep it up.

The guys on Saturday morning working the gas pump are so great !! Norman is a GEM :) the service industry needs more people like him !!
