Needed to grab a med at night expecting it to be open until 10. Turns out the employees lock the doors at 9:50. If you need something last minute try somewhere else.

By far the worst Walgreens in this area, I just can't believe that they have a nerve to let me know the medicine is ready in 30 minutes, but as soon as I walk out of the store, it was ready. Very inconsistent! please beware!

Below is a letter to Walgreens I sent them about Extremely poor customer service at this store. When manager was spoken to he acted as if he could care less about what happened.\\nI have been a customer of Walgreens for many years getting all my prescriptions filled there along with my wife's and my sons. We also frequent there for other items as well. The main reason is due to your excellent pharmacist Michael who has been of great help over the years with both my prescriptions and advice on other items.But what happened to day (not by him) has totally turned me away from Walgreens and now I will be pulling my entire families prescriptions and purchases from your store and moving them elsewhere come next week. Since they have now changed the pharmacy hours to close at 6pm on weekdays and closed all weekend this is bad enough but tonight what happened made my mind up to leave for sure. I raced from my work as fast as possible and got to your store at 5:55 pm behind 1 car already being taken care of in the drive thru and no one behind me. I know the time because I was on my motorcycle and checked it on my cell phone mounted to my handlebars. The person in front of me finished and pulled out at 6:01 pm and I moved up and still no one behind me. I hit the call button and waited a few moments and found they had pulled down the dark shade on window \\u0026 left me sitting there. I went around and went inside quickly to find they shut inside down as well. So now I am left with no prescription till next week and am out of medicine because I had to wait for them to order it. I didn't get email it was ready till today at 12:52 pm. Where I work is a good 35-45 min. depending on traffic from the store. Had I known the store employees would be SO IGNORANT as to leave me there without saying a word and just close the shade on me when I was there BEFORE 6:00 pm(check security cameras time stamp) I could have just gone inside to begin with. I didn't think something like that would happen. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION. Obviously they did not have that in mind today. If I ran my automotive repair shop that way I would be out of business but instead I have a 5 star Google review with over 1,000 reviews. When I spoke to the manager @ 20 min. later by phone he acted as if he could care less and said it was store policy for pharmacy to close regardless of situation.

Shout out to everyone behind the pharmacy on Saturday 3/5/22 around 4pm and on … drive through was down and people were being rude! They did a great job handling the line & smiled the whole way. If you can do it better, apply for a job & don’t be nasty to them. Just sayin ?

Other than the tricky, busy corner location, a nice, "standard" Walgreens. My go-to (not my favorite, but closest to my home) is Rite Aid, but I like Walgreens better. It's bright and inviting, plus has better sales. I only stopped in for a drink on this particular visit.

Accidentally picked the wrong Walgreens when ordering medications. It was fine, they helped transfer everything over to the closer Walgreens, which just went out business. Sigh. Oh well.
