I had no problems with my assigned unit. My only issue was the gate was unlocked when I arrived around 1pm and remained opened throughout the day. I had made 2 additional trips to my unit last one was at 330pm and the gate was still open.

overall good experience. only two negative things I have to say is, there was a lot of mouse feces in it. had to get rid of a twin sized mattress that was brand new and when my unit had the lock cut off so someone could potentially steal from it, the facility made me purchase a new lock instead of providing it for me. to me that wasn’t fair because someone broke into the facility. it shouldn’t have come out of my pocket.

Easy access and always clean. But started with $99 a month and was up to almost $250 a month after a few years. Also, for the first year or so I got a reminder text every month then they just stopped. Got hit for a ridiculous late payment. Asked on several occasions why the texts stopped, was told they hadn’t ?. Finally started getting emails but weeks before the payment was actually due. So I’d give them 5 stars for the building but way too expensive.
