I give this place a F 0 ?? I have expressed my concerns about the rodent infestation numerous times.Unfortunately, nothing has been done and I am unable to continue to reside at Pine Apartmentswith this issue. I had to throw out my living room set all my pots and pans dishes. The water smells so bad and the bugs all over the place. Not doing it no more..

I'm leaving and everyone who has a bad thought about the office is correct. They don't listen to you, trying to get someone to speak English is hard to find around the office.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT MOVE HERE!DO NOT!If I could leave NO stars I would. I moved here in 2019 and for 2 years it was ok. The grounds were kept nice and the office was always available. NOW we have had a mice problem in my bldg (5300) for 2 years this June. The office staff is incompetent and disrespectful as if you are bothering them, the maintenance staff has 2 employees and only one really does his work. The owners are beyond slumlords. I personally was communicating with them about the mice infestation and got nowhere. I was promised that if the problem wasn’t rectified in 3 months they would hire a specialist to figure out why the mice are such a problem. And NOTHING! The owner are brothers from NY and could care less about the living conditions. All they care about is collecting rent. The way the management office and the owner do the residents in The Pines is terrible and they bought Arborwood which is connected and terrible as well. My apartment is falling apart and they just want the rent…DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We moved away recently and haven't been happier! The idiots at the office are awful as are the apartments! We renovated our own place and they tried to charge us for improvements that we made to incredibly better the space. Stay away!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Been here going on 5 years, my lease is currently coming to an end and couldn’t be happier. The last year has been morning but mice problem. Called the leasing office multiple times and the exterminator only comes and put down traps. Mice running across the floors, counter tops, even furniture. Floors are uneven, floors don’t mesh with the walls.

If you like crime horrible maintenance and bug infestations....here's your place . Are you a fan of being stabbed? Horrible property management?Or is living with criminals something you can resist?Then come on down to trash pit central for all your chances to contract bedbugs and mosquito bites. Seriously screw this place . Don't live here.

Rat infested omg I can’t even believe I have to go thur this been here for 4 years and nothing but issue after issue but this rat infestation is by far the worse please take your money else where please you will regret

There are mosquito infestations year round inside of the apartment homes. The leasing office did nothing and we had to tape mosquito netting for camping over every single air vent. Apartments are connected to each other through air vents resulting in this uncontrollable spread. We killed over 30 mosquitos in a single day, only to have more come back the next morning. Imagine being eaten at night, while showering, or just having them swoop down at you when you walk in your door. It has been pure hell. Drain flies are such a problem, we found maggots coming through the caulk on the bathtub from inside of the tub walls. The exterminator showed up and literally said there was nothing he could do. It's unbearable. Do not live here.

Called to ask for a potential 6 month lease. The lady who answered the phone was VERY unprofessional. Obviously didn’t want to be there answering phones. If you’re looking for someplace to live, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
