My uncle wanted to activate a line and 2 tablets at this store and the Puerto Rican lady scammed him! He paid her $160 for a phone activation and 2 tablet lines. He was overpaying for what he thought was a phone and 2 tablet lines. She refused to change his plan or give him a receipt. She even tried to scare him saying “call the police, you don’t have proof either way” I logged into his My Metro account and saw that Purchase History was only $100 and since he paid cash, that means they stayed with the extra $60. Upon speaking about this issue with others, we found out that this location is known for scamming people. It is unacceptable people who come from different countries are taken advantage like this. I am ready to get in touch with TalkMore Wireless which is their franchise.
Edit: on top of that they added insurance when he didn’t want it. He was thinking he was on the $45 plan and the extra charge was for the tablets. He never received them and the rep said there was nothing they can do and that he had to pay the service

I went in this location on Emerson Road , Lindenwold,NJ with my son to purchase a new phone for him because his phone was old and wouldn't charge anymore. Since it is his birthday next week I told him i would pay up to $250 . I'm on disability so it's a lot of money to me. The saleswoman literally must have thought I was stupid. She said the retail price isn't the actual price of the phone because I have to pay for Xtra like Google seriously. I knew about activation fee I knew that isn't included on retail price but she tried to tell me a $179 phone would actually be $280 + activation fee so she said would be $300 +tax. I said a retail price is the price of the phone + activation she said no lol. She said if I came in on Monday she could have charged me 179 for phone because of a promotion than tried to get me to a phone retail at 199 but could maybe get it to me for $290 +activation if coupons pop up w transaction but you never know. I said all Metro charging your special price omg she said no we r privately owned and have the coupons. Lol. I left went to one on College Drive where retail prices were the actual price before activation and paid $200 for the same phone she tried to charge $290,for. After activation I paid $240 tax included and got a free case for phone. I asked the salesman and he said all stores should have same price. So buyer beware the lady is stealing from you. I give her handcuffs not stars. For gentlemen on College Drive in Clementon 4 stars. They wouldn't let me do star minus for the rip off queen

The manager at the Lindenwold location is rude, uneducated about the business he manages, and inconsistent with TMobile's and Metro's procedures and regulations. When confronted with a situation that was allowed one time and not the next, he grew argumentative, used foul language, and resorted to name-calling. I tried calling the corporate office while still in front of him, but he threw me out of the store and called the police. Once out of his store he poked his head out of the door and called me something I can't repeat here. The rest of the representatives are friendly, polite, professional, and well-educated on the company's products and services. I recommend this location when the manager isn't on location, usually late afternoons.

I wanted to port my number to boost mobile and needed account number after 4 hours on phone with customer service I was told to visit local center with id and I would be able to unlock my account well the girl said I had to go to corporate but after going to metro pcs in Berlin which is not corporate I was able to get my account number all the guy did was call dealer support and tell them I was there with my id so why did the girl in Lindenwold metro pcs was unable to help me she didn’t even attempt to help just wanted to give attitude the whole time guess her food was more important mine you im 4 month pregnant and she couldn’t do her job she didn’t even ask the guy that was working with her what to do so after doing research any metro pcs store corrup or not can provide you with ur account number as long as you are ther and have id has anyone else have any issues with this store

Went here to get my girlfriend a phone because she was recently in a horrible accident. I got to the store at 7:30PM and they close at 8pm. I was ready to spend over $300 yet the store associate claimed their system is shutting down. I will be contacting T-mobile as it is ridiculous that they turn customers away because they don't wanna do their job.
