I had a production line down and needed a load cell on a Tuesday night at 830. I called and left advance a message. They called me within an hour to say they did not have the cell in stock, but would formulate a plan to pick up new cells and get a technician to our facility the next day. I was called at 8:15 and told the technician was on the road picking up load cells and would be here by 12:00. Cooke the technician was here by 12:00 had the cells installed and calibrated in 3 hours. I would rate the entire experience 5+++ stars if I could. Advance is lucky to have such a great team. I would rate this as the best customer service I have seen in my personal and professional life. Excellent customer service.
