Would not recommend this place at all. I made and appointment to come at 10 am and when I came no one was there. Had me waiting 30 minutes and when the braider finally came she gave me a totally different price then what was discussed over the phone. Something told me to leave right then and there but I needed my hair done. Then when she started braiding she was so rough and careless with my hair that she was pulling my hair out when combing it. Once my braids were done I was totally unsatisfied. I asked for knotless boho and these were not knotless. Days later my hair was coming out and I called the owner and she told me to come back and she never showed out. Do not recommend if you value your time and money I don’t advise you to get braided hair. Horrible work and I took my hair out a week later.

I ask for feed in braides and the stylist did not care at all to make my parts straight or neat . She did not introduce herself at all. She had a nasty attitude and she worked on my hair the entire time with the baby wrapped around her back. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt that this needed to be addressed because she clearly was trying to mess my hair up purposely.

I made an appointment a week in advance and minutes before my appointment she cancels saying she doesn’t feel well. Waste of time

So I was going on a weekend get-a-way and needed my hair braided. The salon that I usually go to was closed due to the holiday. I came across this place which was nearby my house. I was told by the owner to get there by 6:00 p.m. When I arrived at exactly 6:00 p.m. the owner stated that the stylist was on her way. There were roaches crawling all over the place! The stylist finally arrived two hours later!! I asked for knotless braids and she did regular box braids and charged me $240.00 after I waited two hours for her to arrive. I will not be returning to this place.

Every time I make an appointment it's always a wait or some sort of unprofessional behavior that makes me regret coming there. I had a 9:00 a.m. Appointment stood outside knocking on the door and waiting for almost an hour and no response. I call both phone numbers on the store and I also called the owner finally 45 minutes later I get a response and she calls someone who comes from the back who have me sit down and wait 20 minutes while she's washing someone else's hair. Finally I asked is there someone that's gonna start working on my hair. By this time it's already after 10. She tells me she's trying to find someone. I told her I'm going home to finish packing and will wait for her call if she can find someone to do my hair. 2 and a 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting. What happened to my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I'm so tired of these unprofessional unreliable hair shops who want to over charge you and don't value your time. I'm over it. Will not be returning.
