Nobody was in line at the drive-thru. I'm waiting and waiting for somebody to come to the window then somebody pulls up next to me and he takes her first while I'm still waiting. Then takes my deposit slip and no hello or how are you, he then sends it back to me and says i need to finish filling it out. He was too lazy to fill in the date. I didn't see what the big deal was after me waiting a whole 20 minutes that he couldn't fill in the date ... They hire lazy people.They don't want to do their job their miserable. I went higher up and I complainted about this branch. I will no longer go here.

I wish i could give them less than zero star.worst bank ever.Went there 2 times had to wait 20 minutes both time and they said you have to reschedule.They dont even have a staff who can help you.

Worst customer service I never experienced in my life went there to open a account I've been asking to wait for someone to receive me after almost hour waiting a lady come with an attitude to tell me they can't receive me today I have to wait next week.

I tell my mother to go to another bank to open account after 40 years with this Bank she was in Wood Avenue by the bank close St George Avenue terrible Bank they have to know you to help you???

Try open business account for my business they said to open a business account need 90 days wait ??Guys you mean 90 days we have to close the door of business place to wait 90 days complete to open business account I didn’t get any help thanks anyway

RIPPED ME OFF $1000 - On 4/1/23 I went to the Wells Fargo ATM on Milton Ave in Rahway, NJ to take out $1000 for vacation. When I selected the amount I wanted a notification came up saying “No 50s, only 20s, Continue or Cancel” so I cancelled with the intention to go to another bank/ATM. My card was returned and NO money came out as the transaction was CANCELLED. The next day I noticed Wells Fargo took the $1000 out of my online account, I immediately put in a claim which was eventually denied. After 20+ calls to Wells Fargo with each representative/manager stating “the claim was put in wrong, or the investigator on the case will call you, this happens from time to time we will fix it” NOTHING was ever resolved. I went the police who instructed me to go to the Linden Wells Fargo to speak to the Branch Manager as it was the closest store location. I was told time and time again that the branch manager is not around but will call, he/she NEVER called in WEEKS. Eventually I got in touch the corporate executive office who CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME then send me an email saying case closed with no further information. WELLS FARGO HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME DOCUMENTS OR REASONING AS TO WHY THE CASE WAS CLOSED. THEY HAVE WRONGFULLY TAKEN MY MONEY. Multiple members of my family have began closing their accounts/credit cards due to the HORRENDOUS service and protection Wells Fargo has demonstrated. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK OR USE THEIR ATMS. Switching banks now.

Worst bank ever!!!!-10 stars!Please don’t open no account in Wells Fargo! They just give your money away without checking.I just got email that my account is $0 I went there, my money was send to some legal order! I got a copy of the order and the only thing that match was my first name!!My last name, address, ss# nothing match but they send my money away. I have no credit card with them, only debit so I’m left with $0

I'm a local business owner and a customer of Wells Fargo for over 30 years. I have multi-million dollar accounts through the bank so I requested an in person meeting with the branch rep and manager. Not only were they not ready for the appointment and unprepared for the meeting itself but the manager Jeilan Diaz snubbed me off and basically told me my business is not welcome AT THIS BRANCH. Very rude and unprofessional. USE A DIFFERENT BRANCH

I had a bad experience at the Woodbridge Wells Fargo so I stopped by this Linden Wells Fargo for guidance and assistance regarding a scam on my account. The bankers at the Woodbridge branch were unwilling to help me and told me to call customer service and that was all. When I stopped by this Linden Branch I sat down with a young lady who was willing to help. I explained the entire situation as to what had happened over the last few days.She in depth explained everything to me and advised me on the next steps of what I can do to resolve the matter and how to go about getting my money back.Funny that I was told by one Wells Fargo branch that there was nothing that they can do, but another branch was more than willing to help.I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with this Wells Fargo branch over the years.

I went there on a Friday January 13 th monday is a holiday I drove up both drive thrus closed !! Then i went inside and only one person behind the counter !!! On a friday 15 people in line. Took me an hour just to make a deposit. Ill never go back to this bank. Ill find another. You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!

I really like this branch and the employees. I made it in right around 5pm. I was flustered because I left work early and had to get through traffic. The ladies there calmed me down and were really friendly. I can honestly say that every teller I encountered has been very professional. I’ve been with credit unions for years, but decided to open an account close to home. My experience has been a good one. Only complaint is that they need at least one late day during the week. That’s the missing star. Thank you for servicing our neighborhood!

Got on the drive thru line at 2:15 and got helped at 3:05 pm. Even jumped out to look into the window to see if they were closed. Find another bank.

The worst bank ever and branch as well. I’m coming here bringing my business and want to open my bank account bad they tell me they don’t have time and I need appointment. Mind you I have baby with me and come with Uber. And cannot do it online!
