Walmart+ customer. The Lactaid milk container was pushed down at the top (like something heavy had been placed on it). Thank goodness I tried it before adding to my food. It was milk flavored water. Smh. Unacceptable.

I always buy a lot of products, the application shows the countless products that the store has, it shows you where exactly on the shelf it is and if there is a product in the store.

I order my groceries through my subscription Walmart+. I received what appeared to be a random message in another language, and while I was able to piece it together, I could have easily missed it, ignored it, or thought it was spam, resulting in my order being returned yet again!!!! (this is turning into an every time occurrence).
*****THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS MOST CERTAINLY ALLOWED UPSTAIRS TO DO DELIVERY’S!!!!!*****
During my workday or school day, I do not have 10 to 15 minutes to step away, locate the driver’s car, and essentially do their job for them. I have my own responsibilities to focus on.
Delivery drivers frequently ignore instructions, refusing to bring orders to the front doorstep and even just turning around and returning them to the store instead. We are PAYING for a specific service for a reason. The service we are paying for is doorstep delivery, and the convenience of such. Given the cost of groceries being significantly higher online versus in-store, the Walmart+ subscription fee, and the expectation of tipping, the service should be far more reliable.
Walmart+ shoppers and delivery drivers need better training. The shoppers often fail to find specifically requested items, sometimes claiming they’re out of stock only for us to go into the same store later that same day and find them on the shelves. I also believe they intentionally select older or near-expired products, especially produce.
