Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had they have the body wash locked up with a customer assistance button. I pressed it and announced it on. The speaker about 105 times (customer assistance needed to the cosmetic department) and nothing for 25 minutes straight and then the manager tells me he lost the key. If you can’t be responsible enough to have a few keys laying around don’t lock your stuff up to begin with.

Employees look like they forced to be in the store is kind of they making a favor to take care of the customers. Customer service is horrible.

My picture was supposed to be ready today at 5:30pm i came to pick it up at 11 pm just so that the picture department to tell me they had it and now they lost it when i told the guy to reprint the card he said he does know how to print or fold the pictures well and to come in the following day
It’s a birthday card!!! Kinda need it now!!!
The guys was just weird acting like he knows what actually happened
Called customer service and it was marked as sold sooooo werid !!!!! Not trusting them again!!

I only gave 1 star because giving none wasn't an option. I literally wasted my entire lunch break waiting on line at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, that was already ready and that they stalk you to pick up, only for me to never make it to the front of line because my lunch hour had finished. This store has THE WORST customer service ever! So much so that I decided to transfer my prescription to a different Walgreens in another town further away to never have to deal with them again! Save yourself the migraine. Do not shop here! 5 people behind the counter and only 1 at the register! Complete waste of time!

It takes forever to fill out a prescription and when I called the person who answered the phone had a attitude, if they don’t like the job, look for another one!!!

I’m just annoyed with the fact that these people don’t have enough manners to acknowledge someone. I was standing at the window almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then she said that it’s one line for both drop off and pick up. This could have been avoided at the first minute by saying that. So unprofessional

Don't bother calling if you update on your prescription status they will get you stuck in loop and you never get status

Fedex service in this Walgreen is the worst in history. I went to delivery a package and the bold Spanish guy was rushing me with attitude. The lady African American girl was useless is like why are you working here when all you are concerned about is your nails. I think the guy attitude is due to him being bold. Anyway I took my box to another station and the service was so much pleasant. If I was the owner of Walgreen I would definitely give Fedex drop service out of the building. You coming to deliver a package bring your boxing gloves for the bald head guy. Just terrible

Placed an online order they substituted my items but not with similar items. Instead of going to the store to return the items I was going to let the order cancel out after 48 hours but the Walgreens employees marked the order as if I picked it up. I tried calling the store no answer I had to call customer service who couldn’t even get in contact with the store. They’re the worse here even if you go inside the workers could care less about their jobs!

Honestly the worst pharmacy possible. You'd be better off dying. Even dropping off a FedEx package is a horrible experience.

They will not allow you to use restroom. I went through 3 gas stations that had no restrooms. This walgreen had a restroom in the back, but the customer service associate told me to use a restaurant across the street called central park. This restaurant was closed. It is just a restroom, but these associates act like they own it.

Do not trust the hours they have listed, the pharmacist comes in when they want. I've been trying to get a prescription for the past three days since my regular pharmacy was out of stock and they transferred it to this one. I have visited 3 times now, 3 pm, 5 pm, 9 am, and the pharmacy is closed. I ask the workers and they just shrug and say the problem is with the pharmacist and not them. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.
