If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The rude ahh workers at this place don’t deserve their jobs at all from the looks of other reviews. I just left from trying to send a package with employee named “Reuel” and he was having trouble getting the address into the computer and communicating that to me. He was condescending the whole conversation. I was concerned if he got it right and this guy told me “stop asking me questions.” LOL I couldn’t believe it. On top of that he was rushing the elderly customer that went before me. So disgusting. Yall need to do better.

By far the worst post office I’ve ever been in. Very slow workers that are chatty af, but what more can be expected from a govt agency? What actually surprised me was that NONE, I repeat NONE of the shelves are stocked with envelopes, mailing tubes, or anything really. Ghetto and 0/10 would not recommend. Go literally anywhere else.

very bad service, they canceled my baby's passport appointment multiple times because the person is never available, in addition to that they canceled me almost at the time of the appointment.

I was there twice with a lost package and just to talk to the manager I waited 35 minutes then he told me that it's not a problem, he told me to wait and wait but my package never arrived and he tracked my package and said it was there

AMY is a HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, RUDE,
INSENSITIVE PERSON that should NEVER have a job working with people! I went here with my mom to inquire about my mom's PO Box that was closed after she received a new diagnosis of Dementia and couldn't remember the information to give any of us to take care of it. After giving Amy the PO Box number and her seeing it had been over 30 days since it had been paid for, she loudly went on a rampage about how much work it is for her to have to close and re-open a PO Box and how she's not going out of her way to help us do that, she's just going to make us get another box. Once I explained to her (though she wasn't owed an explanation) that my mom was diagnosed with Dementia, she loudly continued her rant about how "people always come in with excuses about medical this, and medical that, and I was in the hospital..... well you should tell people what business and bills need to be taken care of when you're in the hospital"..... etc. Since her response was so idiotic, I asked her if she knew what Dementia was and she said yes and continued on her rant. I stopped her in her tracks and told her well Dementia changes your mind and takes away your ability to remember things, then asked her if she were to drop dead right now, can she name the person that knows about each and every bill and expense of hers that would need to be paid in the next month. She said no she couldn't, and I said ok so when it happens to you or someone you love maybe you'll understand then, and have a lot more compassion. When we finally finished at the post office, we got back in the car and my mom burst into tears crying, and was inconsolable for the rest of the day constantly repeating that she hated being like this, and telling me sorry for how she is, and was fixated on what she'll be able to do and not do as her Dementia progresses. The amount of disrespect and torment she endured as a result of Amy's harassment is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated by the post office as an organization.

Feel blessed if you get Steve!!! He is such a professional and easy person. 2 stars because Amy is very rude and nasty, the lines are very long and most times there is only rep working.
Additionally, dont drop off your packages without a receipt. I’ve seen people grab packages from the drop off window and walk away with them.

The service for carrying out passport procedures is horrible, Amy was very rude, I made an appointment online and supposedly it did not appear in her system, I went to renew 2 passports and she told me that out of courtesy she would take 1 and told me to come another day for the other passport, he had a very unpleasant attitude indicating to my face that he should inform me more, he told him, I did it online and it's not my fault that I can't find it in his system, I showed him the photograph that USPS sent me and he didn't care, I lost my day and my husband's because she didn't feel like making my other passport, I hope they put another person to help her do her job...I think she is tired of her job and that's why the attitude ...#usps

Worst experience ever me and my fiancé ordered our wedding invitations online. Then when usps delivered they said it got delivered to a parcel locker. Problem 1 we don’t have parcel lockers at all near me. What makes it worst is the original person who usually deliver on the route they were on vacation so now my package is missing. I go to the supervisor name Israel !! He said he would call the person who did the route and give me a call back. He never gave me a call at all!!! My package is still missing and nobody at the location is helping worst location ever !! What makes it worst is their the one who lost and they aren’t even trying to help in the slightest way my opinion don’t associate with the post office !!! We had to call 911 for this matter !

whatever you do if you come here do not go to AMY she is nasty, disgusting and always has a bad attitude. Today is the second time I go to pick up a package because the first time I went she didn’t even want to look for it she just told me it wasn’t there and let me leave. I then came again and like always she had a nasty attitude then went to the back and said she looked for my package everywhere just to come back out empty handed. I then asked to speak to a supervisor when a kind man came up to help me and later found my package 2 minutes later. AMY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL TREAT YOU VERY BADLY. I’m not sure what her issue is but she is the only one at this post office that treats people badly. I have never had an issue coming here when it was anybody else but AMY. AMY DOES NOT DESERVE HER JOB & is a bad representation to this business.

They put a staple on the citizenship certificate, they mistreat a 550 dollar document and if it is damaged there I have to buy it again. I don't know how I will get the certificate if it is in good condition and I claim it.
