I recently moved from New York to Boston and decided to go with Flat Rate for my move. After filling out their quote form on the website, they promptly followed up with a call, which helped clarify any initial questions I had. Before moving day, someone called to confirm all the details, which reassured me that everything was on track.
The moving team, led by Bob, was excellent—professional, organized, and efficient. They checked off items based on the list I’d made over the phone but were flexible and willing to add items as needed. They moved everything quickly and kept in touch, even arriving at my new apartment before I did.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend US Prime Movers to anyone. The price was competitive, the movers were fantastic, and all my belongings were handled with care

Company broke my TV and never paid for it. They threatened to increase the delivery fee because I had previously given them only one star. I used this company to move from Texas to Mass and it was a horrible experience,, be very careful, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I recently moved from Oregon to Washington, and US Prime Movers made the whole experience much easier than I expected. Vlad and Yuri were fantastic. They showed up on time, had great attitudes, and treated my belongings like their own. I was worried about a couple of fragile items, but they took extra care with everything, and it all arrived in perfect condition. Honestly, I’ve had some bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but this time, it was smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend US Prime Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team

My move from Oregon to California went so much better than I could have hoped for, thanks to US Prime Movers. Ivan and Sergei were the two movers helping me, and they were just awesome. Super friendly, really careful with all my stuff, and they kept me updated the whole time. Moving is usually a headache, but they made the process feel really smooth and less stressful. Everything arrived on time and in great shape. If you’re looking for movers you can trust, US Prime Movers is the way to go

I don't like giving poor reviews, but I totally agree with several other recent poor reviews given to this company. Don't use this company! They don't do what they promise, they lose and break items and then they make poor excuses about why it happened. They give you a low estimate and then raise it unexpectedly after they load half your items. They say they don't farm out but they do. They hire movers who don't work for the company, They say they rarely lose or damage items, but they lost & broke over $600 and then offer very poor compensation. We hired them because they got a top rating on a Google search, but that must not have been an accurate rating. DON'T USE THEM!!

Had to get my stuff moved from Georgia to North Carolina, and US Prime made it so simple. Mike, Roman, and Eddie kept in touch the whole time. Prices were fair, and I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend them if you need a move.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They have very poor communication. When they finally showed up at my house at 3:30pm they immediately tripled the price of the payment. At this time my house is going to close the next day and I had no choice but to pay their demands. Now I am in a new state and staying in a hotel waiting weeks and weeks for them to deliver my stuff. Finally I get an email that they are going to deliver my stuff on Sunday. This time the truck actually showed up on time, but with only 1/2 of my stuff. Boxes were damaged and the things inside were broken, the few pieces of furniture that I did receive were dented and not on the corners where you would expect damage but in the middle of my dresser. The head mover refused to put the furniture together and said that the next crew would do that. A heavy mirror and frame were just set on top of my dresser and when I was putting something into the dresser this heavy piece fell on top of me. It has been a month now and they are not letting me know what is going on. Since they are keeping 3 big screen tvs and other expensive items after checking, I can charge them with robbery.

Moved from Portland to Seattle, and Alex, Igor, and Nick from US Prime were great. They packed everything up for me and had the truck loaded in no time. Everything got to Seattle without a scratch, and the price was right. I’d use them again without a doubt.

Save your sanity and your wallet - book with literally anyone else. We had the absolute worst experience with Prime movers during our recent cross country move from CA to NY.
The final total was close to double what was quoted and delivery was over a week late. We knew the price was based on weight, so fair enough, but our things were weighted in CA and we had absolutely zero communications from the company after pickup. We were not told the final weight/price or delivery date until 9:45pm the day before delivery.
We had air tags in our items and could see them setting in the same location in CA for over 2 weeks!! We called, emailed and texted and they were completely unresponsive and couldn’t tell us when our things would arrive.
When they called us at 9:45 pm to let us know they would be delivering the next day, they also said they only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. A request that is hard to accommodate on less then 24-hours notice.
While unpacking we have found several boxes smashed, screws were stripped and over tightened on our bed frame and TV stand that they disassembled, and so far we’ve found 2 broken items. They’ve caused more stress, headache and damage than it is worth for the price and were completely unresponsive the whole time. I truly cannot recommend anyone hire this company.

Please AVOID!!!! Terrible service, late, argumentative and demand cash/money order on receipt for your things. The entire experience felt more like a drug deal than a professionally run business They come off as a legitimate business to lock your deposit in but really it’s a bunch of people with rental trucks and storage facility. BUYER BEWARE!!!

US Prime made my move from Los Angeles to Seattle stress-free and smooth. Mike, Sergey, and Ivan were prompt, professional, and handled everything with care. The delivery was right on time, and their pricing was very reasonable. I’m definitely going to use their services again. Highly recommend!

THEY WILL LOSE YOUR STUFF AND GASLIGHT YOU.
I was fully ready to leave a good review. The movers showed up more or less on time and were efficient moving my stuff. Nothing broke. However, after I finished unpacking I realized that one box was missing. Unfortunately, it contained several bottles of nice whiskey, some of which I helped make and is long sold out so not replaceable. I double checked everywhere in my new place (and confirmed it wasn’t left behind at the old place) before calling the customer service line to ask if they had a policy in place for missing items, only to be punted around to several people who did not want to directly answer my question. When I was finally able to speak with someone, I was basically told, “if your box is so important, it should have been in the car with you,” then told me they’d call me back in five minutes after connecting with dispatch, and I never heard from them again. Called back twice - nothing.
All my stuff is important. My bed is important. My TV is important. My books are important. I cannot fit my whole life in my car (and trust me, we packed it), which is why I paid an arm and a leg to hire movers in the first place. This was an overnight move with one truck and no stops; there’s no reason things should go missing, but they did. I’m unbelievably disappointed at their unprofessionalism, and I definitely won’t be using US Prime or recommending them to anyone. UGH
