It's disappointing for me to write this review as I used to work here and loved the atmosphere my coworkers and I had. In September, Allcolors acquired Stylus and they now both treat their employees and small customers poorly. I, as an employee, placed an order of 64 shirts, 2 of which were eaten up by the machines and needed to be replaced.I put these damages on the backburner in order to prioritise fulfilling other orders before the move in September, then we moved, and were now under a different management. For a variety of reasons like poor management, awful facilities, and feeling unappreciated and taken advantage of, I ended up leaving the company. I asked my former coworkers if I could still get my two damaged shirts remade-- made sure to go through Stephen, who runs the company, was asked for pictures of the damage, then told I would be charged 65$ per shirt (total: 130$ for 2 shirts) if I wanted them remade, even though I had paid in full (no employee discount) in August. I tried to remain professional and polite in my emails, and was ultimately told "this is going to be my last email on this subject." and "I'm not looking to argue on this. Just the way it is"Yes, just the way it is to scam former employees that genuinely put a lot of care and effort into your company, as well as your customers with smaller orders, which were once described as "sh/t customers" during a team meeting. Professional. Incredible. Highly unrecommended for the outstanding disrespect I received as an employee and customer, in addition to their awful customer service I received. Go with this company if you're desperate, or if you want to risk getting scammed. Luckily it was only two shirts that was damaged for me, I don't care to waste my words on this poor excuse of a "Vice President" of a failing business. It used to be a great place to work that produced quality results-- nowadays? Whatever. This review was written on Allcolors as they retained that name, and I'm writing the same review here as all production is being done here. The reason why your stuff looks bad is because your employees are underpaid and thus do not care. Learn how to manage people and you can have a thriving company. If you just treat your employees like cattle, they will treat your business as if it isn't important. Common sense, guys.

We have been using Stylus Apparel for many years and it has always been a wonderful experience. They have a keen attention to detail and produce all of our screen printing and DTG garments flawlessly. The staff is a joy to work with and the prices are very reasonable.

Product and service were all trash. You can tell how bad a company is when they don’t respond to reviews. Photos are of “embroidered” hoodie in which you can see the garment was permanently wrinkled and looks a mess. Other photos of delivered product with patches falling off. Don’t waist your time or money you will be disappointed.

If your looking for quality screen printing or customer service this is not it. Our company had over 400 garments made and there were several issues. First there was no quality control to review the garments before they were shipped to us. We received garments with patches falling off the logo smeared, garment burned, you name it there were issues. The issues really affected our shipment of orders. When we brought this to the attention of the Stylus they said they would resolve it in a couple days. It took over a week and during that time they never returned our calls or emails. They then got upset because we weren't pleased with the quality of service and discontinued providing us service. We have over 20 garments that are defective that we were never compensated for and several orders that were never fulfilled. The absolute slowest processing and they used COVID-19 as an excuse every opportunity they could. Owner of company never reached out to try and resolve this issue. Not recommended, turn and head the other opposite direction!

Poor production quality and even worst customer service. Didn’t properly produce garments and then didn’t correct the issue in a timely manner. Our emails and phone calls were ignored for almost a week. Buyer beware, their prices reflect a top tier Screen Printer but the service and quality are that of a back alley sweat shop!

Stylus Apparel is highly professional and easy to communicate with. They see your vision and are very open to ideas. Working with them has been a great experience and with their knowledge and wisdom in the field they make your production process go a lot smoother.
