My Company purchased shelving units from this location. First order was delayed by weeks not days. Second order once again delayed, and some items did not come the right size "shelving depot measured we didn't so it was there mistake.) Its been MONTHS of emailing and calling the location and even though it was there measuring mistake they keep giving me the run around even after I paid for the items. Had the pleasure of working with Greg he was great, but Jason really didn't help, made things worse.

I don't usually leave reviews but this retail experienced has to be the worst experience of my life. Worst Customer service ever I have experienced in my entire life. Products not as promised and definitely not on time. Wrong counter top material was used and when asked to fix it Greg sales man denied to fix it. On the contract it says matte finish and they gave me shiny finish which scratches easily. Not given a single piece of the order on time. Susan and Greg are nothing but a pot of excuses. Anytime you call its excuses. My partial order was not being delivered on time because they received the full payment and now their truck was so busy doing other deliveries. Day before the partial order as per their email they suppose to call me and confirm and no confirmation so I assumed as usual order is delayed and They call me next day an HOUR notice before the order arrives so unprofessional. After the Job cardboard boxes were not picked up for months because their truck was so busy. Save yourself some frustration and do not go to them. I will never go to them and will never let the people I know go to them for business. Avoid Susan at any cost for sales representative if you ever make the mistake to go to them and GREG does nothing but complains about his boss so he can blame his boss for his delayed job. DO NOT DELETE THIS REVIEW. I WILL REPOST IT AND REPORT IT.

Go to this store. These folks are great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and had what I needed in a pinch.
