Ana Cristina Madail gave me a really hard time cashing a direct check from my employer ... Santander check .. ID Verified From ADP... then began speaking a different language with her Co-worker .. very unpleasant very unprofessional and also mentioned if I didn't like it I can go to a different branch.

Terribly bank, poor customer service, lack of management, no recommended go somewhere else. They keep you waiting for more than an hour or more and they do not even care.

the worse employee and the worsr branch don't waist your time here the made me wait for 40 min ans the manager just walk around she is not helpful at all get pay for nothing
