I waited too long to file but had a pile of paper of documents, unsorted. I apologized that it was a mess. He said "that's what we do". Well he didn't - for months. He Did string me along on the phone though. I finally had to get my paperwork back and give it to another tax preparer. So now my procrastination error in filing is compounded $$$$ by his inaction.

Lou has been doing our families taxes for over 25 years in my opinion he’s the best at what he does he’s professional aggressive but doesn’t cross the line I would wreck any recommend anyone with a small business or personal do use this company as I do

Especially during this pandemic S&S went above & beyond to do my taxes & keep me safe. Everything was done via email, safely & securely. When I had trouble accessing anything they helped me step by step. They definitely go above & beyond to get you the most money back all while guiding you through everything. The S&S staff have made doing my taxes a HUMAN experience. You deal with PEOPLE here. Not robots who just take your paperwork and don't even know your NAME! They are EFFICIENT, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE and FAST! But above all, they are truly good people, who are willing to talk you through any part of the tax return process that may be unclear or confusing.
Doing your taxes shouldn't be something you dread every year. If you're with the RIGHT people, who have your best interest at heart, and treat you like they've known you for years, then you'll look forward to meeting with your accountant each year. How it SHOULD be!
I won't go anywhere else!
