I gave a 1 star because I had to select something in order to write this review. Received 3 counter stools. Upon assembling the seat and then the legs, tried to place both sections together. Loosened fasteners, tightened fasteners, switched legs around to see if maybe different legs to holes in seat would work. Nothing worked! Then, we took measurements of legs, and drilled holes etc. and found discrepancies. Just talked to the woman who receives phone calls. I am shipping it back. There is a re-stocking fee. Why charge a restocking fee for equipment that arrived to us unable to be assembled. When it takes two handymen an hour to play with it...return it is the answer. We could have made modifications, routed some here, filled there but, when you pay for a product that you are assembling, should it not be properly gauged and measured for assembly? My neighbor said we can work this out, figure out a way...no. You pay for a product, you expect it to arrive and be able to be assembled in its proper time. A bar stool...15 - 20 minutes would have been max if all parts had been properly constructed. Highly disappointed, time wasted.
