Precision repair is absolutely the go to for all your phone needs. They were able to help me resolve an issue with my old phone within a timely manner and gave me nothing but the best customer service. the guy was talking to me when I stepped inside the shop, he spoke while he was looking away. i thought that was the first rude style he had. secondly he was talking in a loud rude or somewhat rude manner. while I was standing just few feet away I didn't know why he was talking in a loud and unprofessional manner. i felt like I was dealing with some wild man.i didn't want to confront him face to face since *** is a very dangerous and violent place since people are allowed to carry all sorts of firearms, etc. i would deal with him in a court in a very nice and professional manner if possible and show him his right place.

Brought my iPhone in with some issues, and Gabriel was kind enough to take the time to look things over, and give me an honest opinion and evaluation for what my best steps forward were with the issues I was having. I really appreciate the time he took in answering my questions with his professional opinion, and his honesty throughout the process. It's rare to find people like that in business. Will be back for whatever inevitable phone or electronic repair that may come up in the future. Would highly recommend this spot to others looking to get something fixed or checked out.

I came here a few years ago to have my iPhone fixed due to some problems with calling and they charged a mere $100 or so and the phone was left brand new. I was so happy when I left that I forgot to leave a review! Recommend.
