These reviews are fake these people do a lot of hanging up on customers ignoring customers and whom ever set up the website has never heard of simplicity. The website is all over the place you have to read an entire book on there work. Horrible service definitely fake reviews

They don't honor their Groupon. When asked to speak to a manager they told me it would be a 30 minute wait and I said alright. They put me on hold and after 2 minutes they clicked the phone off . When I called back nobody would answer the phone and kept sending me to voice-mail. I called several times but it was clear that they were avoiding me and not going to answer the phone. I'm reporting them to Groupon.

Great customer service. Noel was on time and extremely polite. He gave us options and even gave me space to make a call. He did an awesome job on our windshield in the middle of heat wave. Definitely recommended. Thank-you for the service and the treat! My husband favorite!

I found this company online and gave them a call to get a quote. Then I simply scheduled an appointment and they showed up at my workplace and replaced my windshield. The entire process was very simple and the price was much more reasonable than other places I looked into. Very convenient service I highly recommend it to anyone that needs it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They came to my office and did a fantastic job. They were done within the hour and the cost was much lower than other replacement companies, especially safelite.

I needed a to replace the windshield of my car. I scheduled an appointment online and the tech arrived a few days later at my workplace. The new windshield took 90 mins to install and was treated with Rain-X. We were also given an air freshener and chocolate...what a pleasant surprise.We're happy with the work and the cost of the replacement was $90 less than what Safelite quoted us.I'd definitely use these guys again.
