I wish I could give this company negative stars! I needed my test results WITHIN 72 hours to travel. I was told I would receive them in 48 hours in order to make my flight. I called after 52 hours and I was given so much attitude and told that I should just cancel my flight now and that I would have results in MAYBE a week?! A week?! How are samples even still valid to test after a week?!! Do not trust them!!! Horrible company!! Do not use this lab unless you plan on waiting forever for results and want to lose all your money!

Best experience. They come home and do Covid test results are usually very quick , they say 24-48 hours, from my experience in 24 hours they are ready, unless they are very busy. Very convenient. No need to stay hours on line in urgent care.

What a scam this company is, they just in a matter of a few hours just changed their whole company name with all the bad reviews on google. It has been 48 hours and I have still not received my results can’t even get an access code into the website.
