Meant to do 5 stars. It's just a simple gym with people who just want to workout and better themselves. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with my workouts. I look forward to coming in and challenging myself. They offer boot camp and Zumba which works wonderfully with my busy schedule.

I've been a member of Paragon since I moved 2 Jersey fr Bklyn. They're always open..late evenings & even holidays. Fully equipped w/ machines 4 whatever U need. always clean & comfortable no matter if cold/hot outside.

I’m active duty and the owner let me lift here while me and the family transition from one base to the next. Amazing feel and never packed. My brother in law got me a guest pass and the experience was amazing! Which other gyms in the area wanted an absurd amount of money for the two weeks I was there. Thanks again!

As a frequent gym member of other gyms I have to say I like this gym..it gives me that old school gym feeling..the staff is super cool and don't bother you ..the gym is usually quite which makes you feel like you have your own private gym and I love that..you don't have to worry about waiting for others to get off weights and machine..locker rooms are clean..great selection of cardio machine's.

Fantastic gym. The owner is always friendly and accommodating. Never over crowded. And I’ve never had an issue with weights being out of place or not put back.

Great environment, friendly staff, interior upkeep maintained and secured. Good selection of protein and energy drinks come in a variety of flavors depending on availability. There is an assortment of equipment for your bodies needs.
