I say if you get towed to this shop and they tell you a few hours it will literally take all day even if it’s something basic. So prepare yourself I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t complete it just make sure u have what u need to stay warm u can’t stay in ur truck even though they not working on it yet.

I was been a customer for more than 5 years…I bought a spare part for my truck and after verifying … was not the part that needed to be changed and after 10 days I needed to return the product without having used it and to my surprise they wanted to charge me 20% off the total amount I paid !!They are BIG SHAMELESS THIEVES… be very careful people!!!!

They show parts close time 10 PM but no body was there in parts or service or office around 6.30 PM.They should update google Open and Close Time.Customer service is very poor.
