Rich was great he provided me great customer service, we talked a lot about being homeowners, and he went the extra mile and installed a part to the used car I bought from him at no extra charge! I’m happy with my purchase it was in amazing condition despite it being 20+ years old. I recommend this place for anyone searching for a used car at a fair price and in good condition.

Buyer Beware So we bought a car from this establishment or more accurately from Rich because he absolutely conned us to trust him and believe that what we were getting was a reliable well cared for vehicle that was not only thoroughly checked by not only his mechanic but Nissan on Rt 22 in Hillside. Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us. Lesson Learned ....I'll let Karma do the rest!!! Nissan in Springfield is Giving us a New transmission for $4500.

The owner wasn't there, but his father in law Chris was. He was very nice to us. I would buy a car from him. I hope his son in law is just as nice.

I brought a 2006 Toyota Solara. The car was in good condition and drove smooth but when I asked what was wrong I was told nothing. Two weeks after I brought the vehicle the check engine light came on. I had it looked at by a mechanic and it was the O2 sensor warning signal or possibly the catalytic converter. I called Metro Auto Exchange 2 and they said they would fix it. I brought my car in and after I received it no problem. Until another 2 weeks after the same problem. I took it back to the mechanic and I was told that it wasn’t the O2 sensor but the catalytic converter. I had that fixed and therefore no problems after the fact. So basically the check engine light was turned off and I was sold a vehicle that had to have the catalytic converter fixed which costs me $700 on top of the $8000 that I paid for the vehicle. I didn’t get sold a lemon but the vehicle I purchased did have issues that should have been addressed before I purchased the vehicle. Overall the vehicle is a great vehicle and reliable. Please bring a mechanic when going to ANY used car dealership. They will NEVER tell you what’s really wrong with the vehicle.

My fiancé and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima from here straight cash 7 months ago and here we are, our warranty just ran out and so did our car!!! ???? Engine and Transmission went on it, we were sold a lemon. You would think the car had a death timer on it. I should have went with my gut feeling in the beginning when it took him so long to give us the title that this just wasn’t worth buying but I didn’t.... Do Not Buy A Car From This Lot!!!! I wish I can give negative stars this is such and inconvenience to us.

I'm satisfied with my Nissan Sentra I purchased back in August. However, The car had no Anti Freeze and windshield wiper fluid in the tanks when i brought it home. Also, wasn't too happy that i had to run to MV on the last day the Temp tag expired since the title was at the other office location the whole time.
