“First of all, I would like to say that I arrived at 6:15 a.m. There was only one person ahead of me. They opened at 7:00 a.m., and I went from patient number two to patient number sixteen. They have check-in machines, and if you don't know that, everyone behind you will run you over. The system is not good for polite and courteous people.
Now, the staff was absolutely wonderful—very patient and courteous. Other than getting run over by people, I had a wonderful visit here, and the staff is great—absolutely great.”
“Best experience. They come home and do Covid test results are usually very quick , they say 24-48 hours, from my experience in 24 hours they are ready, unless they are very busy. Very convenient. No need to stay hours on line in urgent care.”
“I have had the Accureference Labs testing our dental staff of over 50 employees, biweekly since June 2020. We have been treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Our results are turned over within 24hrs on most occasions and when we have had any questions the team has always been helpful. It's unfortunate that people rush to share bad news but not enough people comment when service is good. Considering they are running thousands of tests, I personally feel they are doing a great job.
