“There are not many UPS stores in Staten Island. Every time I visit this particular store, it's always very busy with people lining up to send or return packages. Fortunately, they seem to know how to allocate staff to handle such situations. Each of the four employees there has their own responsibilities. Sometimes the staff are so busy that they can't even talk, but we all understand that everyone has busy periods at work. I hope to open a UPS store near Woodrow, which would be very convenient for many people”
“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. Nada is a true example of excellent customer service and leadership. People like her deserve recognition. I'll definitely be back to this UPS Store.”

They only recently opened and most clients have now started coming to them because the usual post office nearby had closed down without notice. “From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”
