This review is for people who drop off Amazon returns. I dropped a package there 2 weeks ago and now received an email welcoming me to Kohl's Rewards. Was enrolled without my knowledge or consent. I never shop at Kohl's so either they're using your info to automatically enroll you or just a coincidence with really good timing. I'd say the former. Would definitely like to see an honest answer from Kohl's Linden because I didn't sign anything agreeing for my information to be used.

Both employees were very friendly and helpful in finding (1) my items and (2) checking me out in a timely manner. Knowing the job and what is expected of them really was amazing. Always relaxing shopping at Kohls.
