The service is horrible, you have to look for the employees who serve you and when you find them, they get angry, they look at you ugly, they speak badly to you because they are on the phone and then you interrupt their conversation or whatever they are seeing on the phone is as if you You would ask them for something Horrible Horrible I wanted to buy some shoes that were for 170 dollars and he saw me he didn't even listen to me what number I wanted he just told me there is no I looked at him and I left I actually needed to buy 2 pairs of shoes for a gift I won't be coming back again there they should change the staff. I wanted those shoes and none of them helped me

You walk in and no one greets you. Then asking for shoes sizes is pulling teeth. The attitudes are disgusting especially when you looked like you just rolled outta bed.

I stop by snipes this early morning. 10:10am to be exact for the lady to open the door and tell me because she’s the only one she can not open the store!!! It says open for 10am, it’s a place of business because your scheduled by yourself is a reason to not open for paying customers. What ever that young ladies name is should be held accountable. Unprofessional!! This how snipes run their business

I understand the reasoning behind All-Black Sneakers for School Uniforms, but do the Schools realize what a project it can be - SNIPES to the rescue, found a pair that fit the bill and wasn't too hard on our wallet, for selection and price, check them out!

I love the sneakers I just don't like some of the other employees at the Snipes store in Irvington they let you swipe other people cards without asking for ID and the suspect could be right there in the store doing it while you on the phone and they won't hold it people in there and call the cops that's how lame this store is the one in Irvington so I advise everybody to stay away from the one in Irvington

Went in there today 2 of the employees was right by the door talking not any one of them greeted me at all or even asked if I needed help I was interested in pair of shoes when I asked the one guy looked at me and answered me in the most annoyed way telling me they didn’t have my size then asked for another pair and said no it looked just like any of didn’t want to sell to me at all or deal with me, very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable, and left.

I would not get anything out of the store the floor people just sit there when you come in and look at you like why are you here. I even held the sneakers in my hand looked right at the girl and guy standing there and they kept on holding their conversation. Take it from me do not spend your money there at least not at that location. Better yet go to Footlocker they always have awesome customer service!
