I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!

Went to JJ Bergamo for the first time today. I had an appointment at 3pm, however I got there 30 minutes early and still got taken care of immediately. I Got 4 new Tires for my 10th gen accord and they did a great job on balancing them and installing them. They have excellent equipment as opposed to other shops. They do road force balancing which is way more accurate than your typical balancer.The people that work there are very nice and some people even spoke Spanish which is great if a customer doesn’t speak English. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who is seeking a reliable shop to get their tires installed and balanced the correct way.

My only regret is not finding these guys years ago. Just all around great at info, honesty, transparency, quality of work. A diamond within the many many others you have to go threw to find them!!

Came in for a wheel alignment. Very friendly environment. Mike and Andres were great and made sure service was done right. When a problem arose they made sure to get it up to spec as best as they could even staying past closing time.

Is excellent all around from the work to the customer service.
Brought in my 2019 Camaro for a check engine light.
Best part is that they took their time explaining the whole job process on what had to be done and also did the job right the first time.
Definitely a place I recommend.

First time coming to this place and they get you right. They give u a price break down on what you are paying for. They also let u know before hand what’s wrong with the car and why it’s doing that. Performance work

Great Place to bring your vehicle, the owner is on top and his team do an excellent job.
I went in to install a 2 inch lift kit to an 2023 Explorer Timberline, they did an awesome job and checked everything to make sure it was safe and sound.
A few later, they installed side steps for me and everything has been great, definitely recommend this place.

I’ve came here twice so far and both times I was very satisfied with their customer service and their services. Awesome service! The owner and mechanics are very professional and honest
The owner and mechanic was very considerate and was very helpful and gave me really honest advice about my vehicle
They not only fixed it up 10x better than before he helped me save money!
As a woman it's hard to find a decent shop who won't take advantage, but Mikey was wonderful he was really helpful and understanding
This shop will definitely be my go to shop in the future and I will definitely recommend it to anyone needing any service.
