Walked in the door immediately greeted and on our way to get my fiancé his tux Imanii was great she guided us perfectly we also met kayron these associates had all the customer service skills !!!! They we re absolutely great.. my fiance had came from a 10 hr work day they understood and got us happily satisfied in not a long time at all . The store is beautiful inside and they have an absolute beautiful selection

On 6/16/2024 I went to this Tuxedo shop looking for a nice rental suit for my son Joshua..Mr Maurice took care of my son selecting the right suit..and when I tell you Mr Maurice is so professional, precise and on point pleasing his customers and make sure they are happy and comfortable on the selected suit..Mr Maurice made it so easy and quickly..but what I loved about him is his personality and professionalism..I can see he take alot of pride on what he does..you can't ask for anyone better than Mr Maurice..my son and I are very pleased with his ethics, professionalism, etc..Thank you so much for all of your help in getting my son looking so sharp and stunning..I recommend Mr Maurice hands down..prices aren't bad as well..I'm very fortunate in selecting the right place and definitely the right candidate like Mr Maurice..Thank you again and definitely will go back..I'm a very happy customer..God Bless you Mr Maurice.

Called about Alterations and they only do alterations to there products all I needed done was sleeves on a suit jacket and they couldnt even do that. Next time advertise that before hand.

Kayron (sorry if misspelled) was working alone when myself and multiple others were there.He was still able to help us all in a timely manner, while being courtesy and kind. Good employees are hard to find and he was exceptional.

Just left was trying to get my son a tux for prom I walked was only customer it was 3 employees working 1 guy came asked wat color he wanted to wear walked me to book and walked away so for 10 mins we just looking at a book no idea no help nothing so I left as I was leaving he suggested we go to Menlo Park mall why I have no idea cuz he never helped or asked anything g but color ... long story short i went to Dante zeller in Metuchen and Anthony helped us from the time we walked in we was out in bout 10-15 tux paid for and ordered thanks Anthony in Metuchen

If you’re looking for a tux for a wedding or for any occasion do yourself a favor and take a look at this place. They have a large variety of choices and all staff is extremely helpful especially Albert. Albert took his time helping me make a decision and was extremely patient. He consistently followed up with me and provided amazing service. Albert made my experience extremely pleasant and would definitely go to him again!

THE BEST PLACE TO RENT A TUX!! I personally have worked with everyone that works for the company And I can honestly say, I have never experienced more positive positivity and great personalities like the ones they have inside the store!They were super accommodating, helpful, and gave great advice and tips for styles and dressing! I would recommend their services to anyone!

Went to try on tuxedo and Jacket sleeves was mismatched. One sleeve was long than the other. They so called fix it. But still day wedding sleeves were the same. One longer than the other. Do not recommend. And wouldn't compensate for mishap.

Maurice was extremely helpful and patient, he helped me with all of my needs and his customers service was A1. I will definitely be coming back again !
