I am SO incredibly disappointed with the facility or shall I say the person that makes appointments. I made an eye appointment THREE weeks ago for this coming Friday. The person I spoke with claimed they only had an opening for this week. I wanted to get my eyes checked and contacts as well. I told this person that I wanted the Linden location and I told her what health insurance I have. I even filled out the paperwork that was emailed to me with my insurance information. I called today to follow up and the person, who sounded exactly like the same lady I spoke with three weeks ago, tells me Dahlia’s doesn’t not take my insurance in the Linden office, only At the Haledon office. She claimed that I have an appointment for the Haledon office on Friday. Mind you, she didn’t even take my name so how would she know who I am. I’m so disappointed. I REALLY need my eyes checked and had I know these three weeks would be a waste of time, I would have made an appointment someplace else. SO incompetent!!!!

I have worn glasses since High school and never liked wearing glasses, until going to Dahlia Vision and Hearing Center. I found the best pair of glasses that looked professional without being boring. This nice and friendly gentlemen by the name of Neudy picked out glasses for me and they were truly perfect. I get compliments on my glasses on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Dahlia Visions and Hearing Center.
