Love the pharmacist especially Vicky, needed a prescription to treat my infection but doctor didn't have the right amount of pills with what her institutions were needed not only called the doctor asap had it ready for me so fast and made sure to call me personally to let me know it was ready to pick up. She not only fixed a problem did it professionally and quickly.

They are not human because I went to pick up my daughter medicine I just got five minutes after 8pm and they didn’t give me my daughter medication. Bad attitude from the staff

Who has a drive up window they don't use? This one does. It's closed down? I moved from one pharmacy to this pharmacy bcz of the drive thru window I feel like a fool.

Horrible and disrespectful. Was just treated nasty because I needed the customer service rep to repeat an address to me. He got very upset and rude. He continued to say " well, I've repeated a couple of times." He then, asked if I wanted the prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy, I said yes, he hung up the phone on me. I can't believe you have people working for your cvs with poor customer service. This is very unfortunate and unacceptable. Besides, they never have the medication you need.

This place used to be 5 stars it has gotten terrible. Every time I am in they have a new covering pharmacist who doesn't know how their own system works. They keep losing prescriptions that they have filled, forgetting to fill prescriptions, and misplacing medications so they can't fill the prescriptions. Some of these prescriptions are keeping people alive and the pharmacist says just come back next week, hello person on heart meds can wait a week without taking their meds. When you ask them you just get a shrug.

I used to always get good service at this CVS but lately it's a struggle. I understand though, it's been a crazy week. But when you go to the drive through and no one comes to the window it's kind of annoying. The people who work here are usually helpful though, depending who you get. I don't know, maybe they're shorthanded or something

Love the pharmacists, especially Vicky she’s always super nice and helpful. However, there is one pharmacy tech that always has an attitude. I came on multiple occasions and this girl is the least helpful person I have ever met. I came in the drive through to pick up my medicine and noticed that they sell allergy otc stuff through the drive through now and asked her if I can also get cortisone cream to which she responded “well, it’s not here like I would have to go look for it.” Im sorry I’m inconveniencing you? Second time I came in today, same girl same nasty attitude. She gave me the total and one of the prescriptions wasn’t covered so I asked if there was a coupon they could use to which she replied “well it’s a generic for Xyzal so you can just buy that one.” Then I asked if she could check if there were any coupons to which she simply did not reply. I then looked up a coupon myself and handed her my phone. The whole time I just had to wait in the drive through, not to mention then when I tried to grab my phone back from the little dispenser drawer she closed it before I even got a chance. Absolutely zero communication. I waited for about 15 minutes while cars were behind me because it didn’t occur to her to mention to come back around and my phone was stuck in the dispenser drawer the whole time.As a former pharmacy tech I know the job is stressful and it can get to you, but this isn’t a first time.

the lead pharmacist is very rude and really does not know how to speak to customers. i was calm and respectful with her and she wasn’t even able to explain what the problem with my prescription was.
