Waiting for Chase to send me payboard so I can fill out to launch. An investigation and money stolen from my account. It's still however, received nothing. This is why I'm most like me. I'm gonna leave, Chase and go to a separate bank who are more responsible. I have been warned about Chase for a long time. I didn't believe it now. I believe it Chase is awful.

I was waiting for 30 minutes to see someone who would inform me to open a business account but only 2 ATMs were working and the office was completely alone. I really wasted my time in this office.

This is a cool chase branch, 2 ATM'S in the front and to the right of them there's a bunch of teller booths as well as some seats.

I'm a bit surprised to see such low rated reviews. My experience has been great. Claritza helped me out and was able to instruct me through the things I wasn't aware of, and ultimately solve my problem in 5 minutes time, while having a smile on her face the whole time.

Worse bank ever. Worse customer service. You will have to wait forever every time don’t come here go to another location. They won’t even count your money if you have a lot you have to wait for whoever teller that feels like counting your money.

I give one star because I can't give zero. This is the 2nd branch to which I can't connect to via telephone. The 1st was at N. Broad St. In Elizabeth. Granted it was at the height of the virus shutdown, but I was still able to speak with someone at Capital One. This time around it's the same thing, different location. I just have one simple question. A question that's been answered by employees at CapOne and TD Bank. I don't understand why they solely rely on the automated service to help customers. As soon as possible, I'm closing all of my accounts with Chase and going to a bank whose policies are about helping their customers. Banks like these are the reason Cap One has customer focused TV commercials. CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
