“Budget didn't mention on the website ad about the how the price would increase after you add at least the minimum insurance rate which is necessary to get it done , these kind of information you just have once you get at the store no before or when you booked online. Nothing against the store or staff but I think the budget would treat this in crystal clear way. These guys provide a good service at store though , making easier the rental experience. 4 star !”

The guy there was very nice which is something you don't see much of in New Jersey. He told us that it would take two minutes and it took like 30 seconds. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. “Drivo is always great. Just everything else is awful. The service/cars are 5 star. Getting to this location from the airport takes up to an hour, and the building is pretty run down. Also very difficult to pull out of on the highway. Drivo themselves are great to work with, but the entire experience is dragged down by the car off-site location from the airport and lower end building.”
“After weeks and weeks visiting dealerships trying to find a mazda 3 in good condition ( 2012 ) I took my chances with this dealership. At arrival the car was ready to test drive. They let me check every part of the car. Under the hood under the car and inside out. Before closing the deal I was told what the car might need already schedule my appointment at a mazda dealership to take care of it. For the price and the miles in it it was ( my opinion ) a great deal. Just needed something for running errands and for point A to point B . They took care of DMV and helped with insurance quotes. They don't finance so be ready to pay cash or debit ( maybe credit cards will work as well )

Car was recently inspected . So that's done. The rest let's see. They seem sincere and won't lie to you about the car condition. Is either you like it or you don't. And trust me I went to more than 12 dealerships and visited 1 private seller and contacted many others via facebook market . And I do believe this was a great deal. Other dealers lie plus the cars look in bad conditions and they want to just sell they always say everything good with the car and is a car with 175,000 miles plus and they want 9,000 for a 2010 mazda common ..other want to sell you a brand new car when sometimes reality is you cant pay 500 a month plus insurance.
So to end this review my recommendation. Study the market visit couple of dealers then stop at this one and come into your own conclusions. Prices are fair that in case the car is not for you after buying it then sell it for more. And recoup the money . Stop complaining and a used car will always be that a used car . You want problem free ! Then buy a brand new car . You can't never find a perfect used car with several miles on it. So stop dreaming be realistic. Buy the use car and invest a little and fix wherever is the problem I bought a Nissan once and invested 2,000 in some minors repairs . Got another one and invested 1200 . Got a used toyota 2021 and invested in brakes and alignment. Good luck ? but give this people a chance they are more professional than more than half of other dealerships .”
