I was going around close by Burlington coat factories to look for baseball cleats to send to children in another country so I was quite a bit in a rush. I didn’t speak to anyone nor asked for help since I was in a rush. The store was kept well and they didn’t give me any issues with having Bhazi accompany me. Bhazi gives them two paws up ?

Awful in every way. Forget that it’s a complete mess. I expect it from this store. I came specifically for 1 item. There are no people working here. 1 poor girl w a line of 25 people. No one answers the phone. There’s no one in the fitting room. Couldn’t even find someone to ask. It’s really bad. The management clearly doesn’t care. I guess corporate doesn’t either as there are other scathing reviews. Do better.

Check my niece and nephew here from Florida they loved it they found outfits and so did I even though I wasn't even looking this place you can always find something I got a cute pink jacket for only $15 five stars for Burlington

I spent 3 hours with a full car.. and they nkt have a bag to carry the stuff...the service they give you is very bad.. no experince on cashier they hire litlle kids for work.. here.. with bad attitude! I have to leave all.my stuuf after 3 hours walking there! ? because they not let you walk ouside with the car. And no bags. Very upset with this place! 1 start for them!
