Terrible service, brought my car in just to take a look and they warned me about a lug nut, so I said I’ll take my car and go and now they can’t even get a lug nut back on my car!!! Extremely incompetent workers I will say, even though I gave them no consent to work on my car, just to look at it.
Very Unskilled workers. Please go to a genuine mechanic.

Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.

Where do I start....hmmm..hmm...?So many. Things I do not like about this location....well. yea not crazy about the actual location....hidden almost out of site. From the highway....depressing area...cemetery right there also. Very dark depressing area.Now where there let's go in....first thoughts are ...this is nothing like costco....I found bjs. To be. Unorganized, disheveled....lighting. not as good as costco....floor seemed. Dirty..Now as far good deals...ahhh...depends what your there for....somethings are a decent buy,others. ...ahh...not so sure. Being as I'm new to the area,and used to Costco....but the closest Costco is a half hour ride,so I come to this. Bjs,be honest I'm not too crazy bout it...but now after today, I've decided. I am not goin to rejoin. Bjs. Ever again.OK. Tge store is one thing.but tge car service center. Is. Really an issue.. purchased 4 new tires from them a few months ago. Had appt. 1 pm. They didn't finish mounting the tires till 4 pm... ok. Yea they suck....the way they go about themselves, ugh..not my kinda people,shitty disposition....no respect...anyway purchased 4 ture. Mounting all that. And. Extra package warranty anything goes wrong includes flat tires...stop by well fix it you are covered....so this exact thing happened...woke up tire low...look see a nail...ok. gotta get it fixed. ,let's go to bjs. We git the tires there. Says. There covered. Go there guy says. Come back at 3. We'll fix it...ok. go at 3. Another guy says. Ok. Yea. We fix it. After we fix. These 3 other cars...which were the mounting and balancing of tires and God knows what else....do you honestly think I'm gonna wait for you to fix 3 cars. Before you get to our car when we had a appointment ? No way. I'd rather just leave a bad review...so here it is...merry christmas. Bjs. And Good riddens....may old acquaintance be forgot,and never. Never brought to.mind ! Bjs. Sucks. No pun intended....but really. Just go to Costco much better.

Of all the BJ's I frequent, this location is consistent in having a half empty produce section. No matter the day or time the shelves will be empty. The scan guns hardly work, the staff has nothing but attitude when you ask for assistance, and the exit is always backed up with the receipt checking.

We will call this angry meat from the deli department, I won't say her name, but I will say that they don't have enough staff to help out, you have one person cutting the cheese while you have 10 customers waiting for service, when you ask can they call someone for help, she says no" you have to wait". I wondered why she said it so mean and rude you can tell she was overwhelmed with the load and no help because the person cutting the cheese was not well trained. While I sat in the wheelchair that happen to be 1 out of 5 non-working wheelchairs at this location, which not one customer service person at the door tried to assist me with getting another one that wasn't broken , anyway I sat in the chair and watched the deli person throw the meat across the table this was all really happening , when I asked her politely to please get some more help she acted as if she did not hear me because I was so low in the wheelchair that she just walked away from me as if I didn't say anything at all . this has been such a crazy experience at this location but to top it off a guest on the line with me said this is a regular at this location how rude they are back there. I told E to please have a better day because there way so many other ways she could have handled being overwhelmed. She could have said the company did not get me more help so please be patience with me while I get to each of you, sadly she choose to be rude to each of us waiting still patiently for her to be rude to the next one throwing the meat and almost cutting her own finger while she opens the packs. Yall need to do better this was horrible for my 1st time there. Please fix your wheelchairs and have them charged , please speaking for those who really need it and like to still shop at your location14215317

I've tried to pick up 2nd physical card from the store. When I arrived at the customer services desk, the associate tells me & made up BS/lame excuses for internet servers down and broken printer cards waiting for a new replacement machine. It's been 3rd week unable to pick up.

I was going to give them five stars. The reason I'm giving them two stars is. They don't have enough people working in the cashier and they don't have more choices for Bluetooth headsets. They don't have enough workers working in the floor.

They run out of products and takes weeks to replace it . Cash back ? Not at the register nope get on another line . Usually coupons never match the product or the quantity . oh oops stupid me I didn't read it right .. Costumer service the worst .. They don't know what they're doing perhaps they should be stacking shelves instead, You will wait on line for an hour with only 1 person ahead of you .. I'm done with them . Goodbye so long!!
