Quickest purchase process ever... Saw vehicle online, went in, test drove, put car on lift, looked at undercarriage for rust and leaks (saw nothing alarming), gave deposit, added car to insurance policy, signed minimal paperwork... drove home.

Never recommend this place, they put stuff in the engine to make it run , knowing a major issue lies underneath. They are sneaky dishonest and should be shut down . I can’t wait an attorney to tear them apart and shut them down for good ! Go ELSEWHERE.

a minute ago NEW Recently my father purchased a 2008 *** 3 series from this place. The day the vehicle was paid off, upon picking up the car, the check engine light came on. We called them and they told us to bring in the car. When they called us to pick up the car shortly after the check engine light came back on. At this point when my father pointed this out the mechanic answered by saying he erased the code and that he should just use the car until the code came off. My father was outraged stating this wouldnt fix the issue, this just covers it up. He told them how they needed to do something about it considering he purchased the car assuming it was in good condition. At this point the manager came out very rude saying all types of profanity claiming if we werent happy just leave the car he would give us our money back. My father left the car assuming they were going to work on it. Just to find out the very NEXT day he came in to find the surprise that the car was back up for sale for MORE MONEY, under a active contract, with a new contract stating warranty was optional plus they hadnt even paid him his money back. It took them over a week to return the money even after they resold the car. It took constant phone calls and surprise appearance where they were rude and unhelpful every time until they finally paid the money back. The owner claims to be in business for over 25 years which is ridiculous considering this was our experience with them. I can only imagine what others may have gone through. I would never ever recommend this place to any one. Let alone purchase another vehicle from them. Whoever purchased the white 2008 *** 3 series please be aware that this vehicle has engine codes that were erased. Good luck!!!

Andre was great, unfortunately the car wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but his dealer fee is reasonable and there’s no hidden charges like some used car dealers try to get away with. The kind of guy you can sit down with and talk, honest and genuine.

Tracey(Owner) and Andre were GREAT! Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. Especially from Dallas,Texas Tracey assured to make the process smooth. I purchased a Top notch BMW very Clean and runs Great! Plus the warranty was reasonable (lowest on the market!) I’ll purchase again and again. Thanks guys!!!

Andre and Tracey were excellent! They have a great selection of cars, all reasonably priced. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza from them and it runs beautifully, no one believes it’s a 10 year old car. Andre even put the plates on the car for me when they arrived. Great dealer run by great people, absolutely recommend buying from them!

Bought an Audi about 8 months ago. The car was physically in good condition. After driving it for a week it started slowing down and shutting off out of nowhere. I bought a 6 month warranty on it. I called the dealer multiple times they always had an excuse. I went and the guy who sold me the car wasn't there. I kept calling they said their mechanic was on vacation . I got tired of waiting and took it to the Audi dealer... I ended up paying almost $2500 fornew timing belt because the one it had was not good.. this was only 3 weeks after I bought it. I tried contacting the warranty company and they never answered to calls or emails. Then they had the audacity to call and ask if I wanted to extend the warranty, when I explained everything to them their only answer was " we didn't approve anything so we can't reimburse". Bottom line , this dealer is very unprofessional and the warranty they offer is a total scam! BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE A FUXK ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!I did read all the documents.. The Audi Dealer contacted the warranty company we waited days and they never answered... shouldn't sell warranties if you guys knows it's almost impossible to get them to cover anything. I also never said you guys didn't speak to me , I said you guys had me waiting and never really took the time to help me.

I purchased a 2012 BMW X3. The courtesy was cool, however at signing I was promised a second key, (which according to them, it was misplaced), written in the sales receipt along with title and all paper work. Long story short, it's being over a month from that purchase and still no key. I could understand, if before signing all they would of tell me that there wasn't an additional key, that way I would have a choice of whether to make a purchase or not; those keys are expensive and. I called them several times, and still keys nowhere to be found. Still waiting, but honestly that sort of deals leaves you with a bad taste.

I actually didn't end up buying from BMG but I visited the lot twice. There was no sales pressure. Tracey let me test drive two vehicles. He was upfront and honest. I just found a vehicle elsewhere that was a better fit.I would recommend to a friend.
