One of the workers made a joke to another worker saying why do you look like ray charles because he was wearing sunglasses inside of the builfong i laughed and then the worker who looked like ray charles insulted me and said oh now you want to laugh when you came in here looking angry which is a racist stereotype amongst most black women projected on us by black men mainly. I said that all i did was come in to order a part how do i look angry? So because his co worker hurt his feelings he attacks a customer? and the rest of the store got a rise out of it everyone was grinning waiting on more insults to be said for their personal enjoyment and another women chimes in oh now she has something to say? I kid you not the first time i walked into the building i asked about a car part they told me i had to go to another line for the parts someone was in line i left to go to the bathroom and came back so that dude just said that because he wanted to get a thrill out of insulting me using a racist stereotype that was my first and last time in the store bad first impression that was my first time even hearing of parts authority and i was referred by a family member. the workers are unprofessional.

I have not been to this place in years due to moving out of the area, but,once a friend needed help today I knew where to go. I must say this place is still top tier 100% for what it's meant to do. Knowledgeable and helpful staff is an understatement. 10/10 recommend.

They always have the right parts you need in stock. Quality parts as well compared to autozone and the other major places. My go to store for auto parts. Don’t put cheap autozone garbage on your cars people!

Lazy and rude people, arrived 15 minutes before 6 and the door was looked, after 10 minutes being ignored by people from the inside I was told that no-one is available to help me.

I called to confirm that they had my parts available and was told to come in 30 minutes. After waiting and then being attended, i was told to come back tomorrow because they had to order my parts. Thanks but I could have just did that with autozone. Waste of time

I went into this place to see if they could remove my tire locks. The associate said he could for $150. Talk about ripping someone off. I went to another tire shop and had them removed for $20.
