“I need to take a minute to write about what a great experience I had with Joe the store manager. I came to Home Depot to return a small Item. When the sales associate who was initially helping me had trouble with the return, I asked to speak to a store manager. That is when I met Joe. He went above and beyond to help me and explain the return policy to me. He was polite, kind and very personable. People like that are rare today especially when you are dealing with a large company. I hope that the higher ups in the Home Depot establishment read this and recognize that they have a fantastic employee who should be praised. Thank you Joe!”
