The Spanish dude working there really cares about his job! He informed me from start to finish the entire testing process! His experience and working there for 20 years really shows. I hope the owner sees this and gives that man a raise he deserves a lot more. ?

I get that we live in America, but we also have so many different languages we speak in this country, and so unfortunate that the young man that speaks Spanish in this location won’t help the non english speaking people. We are to help people when in need, and this gentlemen does NOT like helping people, this is why the world can’t be a better place, we can’t never help those who are in need, if people ask you to help them why can’t you? What could possibly stop you from doing such a kind act for these people, they are there for them to be able to work and all they ask of you is to help them fill out a form that’s in English. Also, some people don’t know how to write and you can’t help with that? So unfortunate, because so many people I know go here and these companies are paying this company, Ambassador to do these tests. Just so sad. Everyone has had to call me so I can help them and I am always thankful that I was raised well Enough to help others.Please work on helping others and this place would do better.

This was my second time going here for one test. I showed up Monday for a drug screening Snd the guy there was so belligerent and disrespectful, started screaming and cursing at me because I didn't have a mask on... I was not informed that I needed to bring a mask. I asked the worker where I could go and buy a mask around the building as I am not from the area, or if they had any I could use, he continued to swear and tell me " I don't f*n know bro, I ain't from around here neither." He slammed the door and proceeded to scream and yell about me as if I could not hear everything he was saying. I was treated extremely poorly. After I left the first time, not even a half a mile away down the same road there was a cvs... how do you not know about that? When I returned two days later, I was also was told I had a false temperature reading like in the other review and that he would have to watch me give another sample. I was there for 4 hours before I got to go in, and just left to avoid a repeat of his behavior two days prior. Very unprofessional, I am astounded that a medical service place would have people like this working for them. I have taken multiple drug screenings and have NEVER had an experience like this before, or anyone give me a hard time. If you want a fair shot at keeping a job due to a drug test, DO NOT GO HERE.

Never in my life was treated with such disrespect. Was searched being accused of having some type of bottle or fake penis to pee, found nothing as there was nothing to find. Then waited 2 hours and 2 bottles of water and couldn't pee and was then brought out office into some private bathroom where questioned. When asked employee his name refused to give it to me. 5 people there while I was all got false temperature reading so either a lie or faulty cups. Been tested 30 times this year and never had a problem like this. Other professional labs and always was in and out no problems. Go anywhere else
