Thank you Keith , for all your help, we really appreciate your support, time and effort, you put into our floor. This is the most amazing carpet, rugs , linoleum and other floor materials that you can ever shop at, Keith, came out to our home and measured, discussed and made sure we understood the procedure for our new floor. He was on vacation and came out. When we are ready for the new home , you are the one that will be doing the floors. , Thanks again for your patience and understanding of our home. We , will be back. Absolutely great experience..no lie..I brought carpet back in 2015 and had great service. It was time for a change in carpet BUT not where I wanted to go..so back to Affordable Floor & Design Center 2024 and if anything changed..it was customer service ..it was even better. We recently purchased our bedroom carpet from Affordable Floors. From carpet selection to installation, our experience was exceptional! The showroom is stocked with beautiful quality products at various price points.Customer service was exceptional too. Keith was knowledgeable, professional and patient as he assisted us in our carpet selection. I recently made my second purchase with Affordable Floors. Kieth again, measured my home and guided me through the process of selecting vinyl flooring and in my second purchase carpeting as well. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and made great recommendations to pick the best flooring for each of my rooms. Michael also assisted in the showroom and was just as helpful. The Shaw carpet is soft and very plush and I just love the Mohawk vinyl laminate. I can't say enough about the installers who did a beautiful and highly professional job. They were on and removed the old flooring and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend using Affordable Floors. Thank you Keith and Michael!
