Would not share price over the phone. I don't understand this concept. All that I could assess is that they said high price, high quality. But not being transparent seems shady and will take business elsewhere.

I came in last minute from out of town to get a dress tailored for a wedding that I was attending the following day. J was not only able to get it done for me but it came out AMAZING and even better than I expected! He is professional, efficient and funny. Thank you so much!

J is the BEST!! Not only are the clothes so clean he’s an amazing tailor. I was stuck with a personalized shirt that didn’t fit my son and J worked his magic and you would never know it wasn’t the right size. Don’t hesitate to go here…you won’t regret it!

I had dropped off my purse that I had for about a year because it had a small stain on it. Well, when I picked it up, it was destroyed. The leather strap that goes over your arm was holding on for dear life. The leather base of the purse had chunks of leather missing It looked like it went through a garbage disposal in aged, about 20 years. Also, I don’t know how this happens but the color of the black leather changed to gray??????There was only one of the two emblems of the designers initials D holding on as well?? I asked the owner what happened and how was it cleaned? And where was the other emblem which was a letter J not I apologize no none of that his reply-the purse was brought in that way and I was a liar, And he could not provide me the method that he used to clean the purse. I told him in business Your customers are your number one priority and what keeps you in business you should always try to do the right thing it’s called integrity he then sat down and continued watching TV and cannot be bothered. Integrity he does not possess. I will never ever bring him any business and neither should our community I can’t imagine speaking to any of my customers that way it’s actually demeaning and gross.

I entered Cleaners J with 2 identical quilts that I hoped could be used to create a single bedspread. I provided pictures of what I wanted the resulting bedspread to look like along with measurements of how much of the 2nd quilt I thought should be used. I’ve been going here ever since they altered my prom dress, for me, years ago. Most recently I brought them a big white jacket that I had just gone skiing in and now it looks brand new! I cannot say enough nice things about this business. The owner and his staff are very kind.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Awesome cleaner in town!!!!I've been going to Cleaners J more than 10years and I highly recommend this place!During COVID19, I didn't know what to do but Mr. Lee opened his cleaner! I was so worried about dropping off my stuffs at first, but after couple of times I feel comfortable dropping my stuffs!I can tell he takes care of things with extra care!I feel very safe and thankful!

Been going there for years. Only person I trust with my alterations and dry cleaning. I have brought multiple prom dresses there and other alterations as well. Have never been disappointed. 10/10 recommend.
