EXCELLENT. I rarely hand out 5-stars. Moved to Red Bank in June 2024. Found these people--Kimo, June, and Anna and they are fantastic humans. Service is great from tailoring to any type of cleaning, to working with your schedule. As a service provider myself I appreciate their flexibility. If cost is a concern, they are right in the ballpark. Highly recommend

I brought in a custom shirt to be cleaned and have the shirttail shortened by one and a quarter inches. When I picked up the shirt, it didn’t look like any work was done, even though I was charged for the tailoring. When I brought the shirt home and matched it up with the other six custom shirts from the lot All the measure 35 including the one that I brought to have shortened. When I brought in three shirts from the light and a tape measure to show the woman that the work hadn’t been done and give her a chance to do it. She said that she shortened it and that that one shirt in the lot of custom shirts must’ve been an inch and a quarter longer . Prior to bringing the shirt in this one shirt hung 1 inch below my jacket when it was not tucked in, after bringing it in for tailoring it hung 1 inch below my jacket when not tucked in. The work was definitely not done and she refused to acknowledge that she had forgotten. I do not recommend this business.

Very nice people, took my measurements, and checked with samples of jackets to make sure we got the right fit.

I cannot recommend this business enough! I was in need of an alteration to a dress I wanted to wear for a wedding… it was perfect other than the fact it had a slit on the side. I brought it to 5 star and asked if they could connect the seams and close up the slit. They analyzed it while I tried it on to make sure it was something they could do properly, and wow did they truly do it!! It looks like the dress never had anything altered, as though there was never a slit or opening there. Thank you guys so much!!

I went to this place to get measurements and they were super kind! Did it free of charge, I wish I had cash to tip them! The bad reviews are definitely from self absorbed people who think the world works for them.

Their work is very good and if where they are located is convenient for you then use them.The only negative is they are expensive as dry cleaners go and they will nickel and dime you. IE; I have some shirts that have metal buttons covered in plastic, well most shirts have plastic buttons but they give me this jive that they have to do extra work on the shirt so they charge me an extra $1. I know they don't have to do any extra work on the shirt so they pinch me for an extra $1, I just don't like being hustled for an extra dollar, of course to each his own.

Do NOT go here! Started using them when I moved to Holmdel a few years ago. They pick my clothes up (delivery). There is always something that I need to bring back to them due to not cleaning well. When I bring back, then they get the stains out. Either they are cleaning the clothes very poorly or are not paying attention to what they are cleaning. Owner told me, well "I am not the one who got stains on it". Little does he know that he would have NO business if people didn't get stains on their clothes. Terrible customer service and rude if you have a problem.Service: Delivery

Do NOT go here. Started going here a few years ago and they pick my clothes up for delivery. Every single time I have to go back because clothes are not cleaned and stains are still present. Owner is extremely rude and they do not clean well. He says, well I'm not the one who got the stains. If there were no stains he would have 95% less business. They are either lazy, do not look at what they are cleaning, or maybe don't clean the item at all. Terrible!

I cannot say enough about this Dry Cleaner. My daughter recently got married and unfortunately a glass of RED WINE was knocked over and splattered all over the back of my dress. I truly thought it would be going in the garbage. In the back of my head I kept saying " Don't try to get it out yourself. Bring it to FIVE STAR and tell them exactly what it is. Maybe they will be able to work their magic! " To my absolute amazement, they were able to get all the stains out. Dress is like brand new. I cannot Thank You all enough! The key is...... Let them do their work. Don't try to do it yourself before bringing it in! Highly Recommend

This place is great. Polite and courteous people at the front. Hard working and diligent. Kimo is a magician at alterations and repairs. I purchased a yankees jacket with 2 snaps missing. I couldnt return it to the store. I brought it here and kimo added the missing snaps like magic. You cant tell they were ever missing.
