I was provided a ballpark estimate of $1,500 to fix a series of scratches on a bumper of a Honda Odyssey. (See attached image) According to the guy doing the estimate, other shops would just tape up the bumper for the work, but here at The Collision Center, they don't usually do that. (I'm paraphrasing, but he that's what he said) What he would need to do is remove the bumper and the grill, then because he claimed there are sensors in the grill for lane assistance and smart cruise control, they would have to recalibrate the sensors, which is at least $500 on its own.You'd think the guy was maybe trying to make some money off the insurance company, but his first question to me was whether I will be going through insurance, and he knew I'd be paying for the work myself. I would have guessed most dishonest businesses would have leaned the other way, but apparently that's not the case here.I might update the review once I get a second estimate.

My car was in a minor accident and since it was a new car, I was devastated. I was referred to Collision Center and when I got there, I met with Dave who was amazing. He put my mind at ease. My car was repaired and returned to me within the timeframe Dave gave me and the car looked amazing. Dave is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable and he delivered on all his promises. I will definitely go back to Collision Center if the need ever arises. Thanks again!!!

This place is God awful when it come to doing there jobs correctly. Went in because of an accident and the main problem was a blown wheel barring. Go to pick up the vehicle after we got the call it was all finished but apon arrival the lead guy looks at me and asked if there was something with the wheel which was explained from the start (drop off) but nerve got fixed and then was told I would have to call the insurance to see if they can open the case to allow them to do the work.... I shouldn't have to call anyone when it's your mistake. Don't waste your time on them there garbage. With all that said the guy who did the detailing (washing,cleaning) was very professional.

Part 1) I wasn’t addressed when I entered the buildings office. Office admin didn’t seem friendly so I sat down. After about ten/fifteen minutes I introduced myself and then I got assistance. While sitting there I got to listen to them making fun of people who don’t know how to spell.

This shop is in for the money not actually repairing your vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with a damaged engine and gas tank when I only went there for minor driver side body damages and scrapes. My vehicle was brand new before being side swiped by another vehicle. Care to explain how body damaged translate to something with my engine? It was working great before I turned it into them. A guy named DAN that works there is very sassy and doesn’t like to do his job . When I returned the vehicle to the shop for the gas tank and engine deficiency Dan refused to work on vehicle because “their lot was overly crowded.” When I first picked up my vehicle when repairs were done I was advised by this same DAN that if any problems were to transpire after receipt of the vehicle to just bring it back in and they will cover it. I guess DAN had trouble recollecting his memory upon handing me the keys. Save your time people find another shop!!! These people are in it to deteriorate your vehicle further for more compensation towards them and not actually satisfying the work you requested. Oh and not to mention their lot has TONSSSS of space even wrapped around the building towards the back. DAN is unprofessional and claimed to be the manager so I can only imagine how those under him operate. No integrity whatsoever. Fantastic service from start to finish! They gave me a realistic timeline and always answered my calls when I followed up with questions. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The process was very smooth and painless. And the facility itself if clean and inviting. Excellent experience. Kudos to this group!

Excellent service! Geico referred them after a car accident and they made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Dave was beyond accommodating, he was very kind and provided me with updates every step of the way. They were nice in person as well when I went to pick up my repaired vehicle. Did a great job on my truck! My truck was rear ended and had major damages to it. Wasn't sure if Collison Center could bring it back to its original condition. They assured me they would get it done and I would be happy.The team there went above and beyond. They were very professional, constant communication with me on the repairs and status of my vehicle- making sure I knew what they were working on, and finished it when promised. Very professional.

We are so impressed with the work completed on our Durango after hitting a buck at high speed at 287. Shocked that our car wasn’t totaled as the damage was extensive. The Collision Center was very responsive to all of my many inquiries and updates, and completed the repairs in a timely manner, especially given the circumstances of todays supply issues… Our car looks more beautiful now than it did when we first got it from the dealer. We hope to not be back in the near future, but should our car(s) need any repairs, the CC will be our first stop!Services: Painting

There in for the money ! Beware ! Dave there is really rude. Geico recommended this place and I’m not sure why they would . Maybe he’s right Geico doesn’t know what they are doing . Geico estimated 500$ repair but they estimated 3 thousand . Now he wants to charge me 200$ for giving me an accurate estimate when he never mentioned it to begin with. He just kept saying you signed the form. Be very careful when signing any forms there. Read everything and don’t sign unless you agree upon the price. Even though I didn’t want him to perform the three thousand dollar job he said I signed the form so they started. Beware, they are very unethical & unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

I went to them to get a price estimate they charge me 3 thousand... I went to dynasty auto for the same exact repair and they charged me 800$. This place just tries to get your money and makes you sign papers they can use against you . Read everything & most of all avoid them if you can . They will rip you off
