Very unhelpful!!!!! This place has a lot of variety, but the people do not want to work!!!!!!!!! I spent more than an hour waiting for get my stuff. I’ve been buying here more than 3 years and they said that they could not make it fast because they didn’t have my phone on files and than could not call me to make sure the orders!!!!! Come on!!!!!!!!!

once i got there and realized that it was wholesale only, i was about to turn around and leave. i needed to find a replacement hinge for a kitchen cabinet that had been installed in my mother's house 45+ years ago. then i thought, "what do i have to lose?". i went in and waited until the counter guy had helped all the contractors there and then asked him if he could point me to a retail store that might be able to sell me a replacement hinge. he took one look at it and said, "oh yeah, there's a box of old stock over there on the table, take what you need.". no kidding, there were a dozen EXACT same ones in the same color!!! i only took a couple, never know when someone else like me might get lucky enough to walk in there. thanks a million!!

Really nice place. They have a great showroom with tons of useful hardware ideas. The pick process was fast and the staff was very friendly. The place looks very clean and in perfect order.

Your drivers suck! Driver traveling south on 287 in New York on 8 20 18 ,holding up traffic, 20 miles BELOW the speed limit and when we can finally pass him, he is ON HIS PHONE!!! WOW EXTREMLEY UNSAFE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL!
