i filed a calim with allstate , and they got back to me today with a very nasty lady from the adujstar not covering the claim i called the office and they said are working on it , tel now im not getting any answer . i will adust this review if they give me a satsified answer .

18 months ago my car was totaled to no fault of mine. They assessed 3500 dlrs due me. Lots of back and forth communication went through. Lo and behold when I check the website the case was closed and I was not paid. WHY. My only regret is I did not lawyer up. Allstate is selling a very precious commodity. TRUST. I hope they could explain to me what happened. I'm still weighing my options. I appreciate that you have responded to my query. If your claims dept. could show me any check that you have paid or any direct deposit you sent to my bank it would clear any doubts on my mind. But I doubled check my bank for any transfer to me or any check you sent me I could not find any. Thank you Mr. Dimetry for responding right away. Please help me clear up these confusion. Everything was corrected with the claims dept. I could detail how it went wrong but its not important anymore. Allstate is selling a very important commodity. TRUST. I will buy that trust from you. God bless.
